Step 1: Raw Material Selection

Everything starts at the source. We exclusively use 100% premium natural cotton, which is thoroughly inspected for length, cleanliness, and softness. From this very first step, the raw materials must meet safety requirements, laying the groundwork for the final product to achieve OEKO-TEX® certification, ensuring it is safe even for the most sensitive skin.

Step 2: Yarn Spinning Technology

From raw cotton bales, we use a high-tech spinning system to create the finished yarn. Depending on the product's requirements, different spinning technologies such as double-ply (for increased durability) or zero-twist (for enhanced softness) are applied, ensuring the yarn has the optimal structure for its intended use.

Step 3: Weaving on Modern Looms

The quality-approved yarn is then fed into our imported industrial weaving machines. This process is almost fully automated to ensure:

Uniform loop density and height, creating a plush and soft towel surface.

Accurate weight (GSM) according to the customer's exact specifications.

Structural integrity, resisting shrinking and deformation after multiple washes.

Step 4: Safe Dyeing & Finishing

This is a crucial stage that most clearly demonstrates our adherence to international standards. We use reactive dyes that are free of harmful chemicals. This technology not only gives the towels bright, exceptionally colorfast hues but also ensures the final product is completely safe for consumer health—a mandatory requirement in demanding markets like Europe and Japan.

Step 5: Cutting, Sewing & Quality Control (QC)

After finishing, the large rolls of towel fabric are moved to the cutting and hemming stage. The final and most critical checkpoint is Quality Control (QC). 100% of the products are manually inspected by our experienced QC team to eliminate any item with even the slightest flaw, from a single loose thread to a minor weaving defect.

Step 6: Packaging and Export Readiness

Only the towels that pass the strict QC inspection are ironed, labeled, and packaged according to the specifications of each order. The products are carefully packed in standard cartons, ready for domestic transport or export around the world.
